The large hemangioma of the face

Abstract

|
We have been experienced two cases of large hemangioma on the face. A 41 years old male who complained of slow growing polypoid mass on the left face, these hemangioma were removed and skin repair was carried out by split thickness skin graft immediately. Pathologic diagnosis was hemangioma, capillary type. Other patient, a 19 years old female who had a bulging with bluish dark in color on the left face.
This lesion was exposed by skin flap and removed and skin repair vas carried out by skin flap.
Pathologic diagnosis was hemangioma, cavernous, type. We reported our experience and reviewed literatures.
